FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions we actually get asked, answered without the sales language. If yours is not here, call us.

Is Nuvo Space the same company as Liteco Joinery?

Nuvo Space is a separate brand within Liteco Joinery. Same trade foundation and manufacturing relationships, but a leaner cost structure built for residential whole-home work rather than commercial fitout. You deal with Nuvo Space for design, delivery and warranty.

How much less than a local joiner, really?

Up to 30% on comparable specifications. The saving comes from running without a showroom network, a lean project team, factory-direct purchasing and whole-house scope efficiency. Materials and hardware are not downgraded to reach the price.

Do you really build the whole house?

Yes. Kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundry, media walls, study, wine and bar, hallway and linen storage — quoted together in one design language so finishes match room to room.

How long does a project take?

A kitchen is typically 10 to 14 weeks from order to install. A whole home runs 12 to 16 weeks, up to 3 to 4 months for larger scope. Wardrobes alone are usually four to six weeks from design sign-off.

Where is it manufactured?

Panel work is produced through our own atelier with CNC precision, using overseas manufacturing capability for volume and detail. Installation and finishing are done by our licensed Sydney crew.

What hardware do you use?

Blum-grade as standard — hinges, runners and lift systems. Where another brand genuinely performs better in a specific application we use that instead. You are never getting a downgraded hinge to hit a price.

What warranty do I get?

2 years on workmanship and 6 years on structure. You report an issue to us and a local team member attends.

Is there a minimum job size?

We take whole kitchens and above. We do not take standalone vanities or single cupboards — the design and delivery cost does not work at that scale.

Do you handle stone benchtops?

Yes — natural marble and granite, mineral surfaces and engineered stone, including waterfall and mitred edges. Our sister company Pure Marble supplies stone, which is one reason we can coordinate the template and the joinery together.

How do I maintain the surfaces?

It depends on the material. Natural stone needs annual sealing. Mineral surfaces are non-porous and need no sealing. Timber veneer wants stable humidity and no standing water. You get a written care guide at handover.

Do you work with builders and architects?

Regularly. We quote from your drawings or coordinate directly with a builder on site. Send drawings with your enquiry.

What areas do you cover?

Design and measurement across the Sydney metropolitan area — Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, The Hills, Sutherland and Western Sydney.
