Up to 30% less. Here is exactly where it comes from.

We are not going to tell you we are the cheapest joiner in Sydney. We are telling you where the difference comes from, so you can decide whether it matters to you.

Where the 30% comes from.

Four structural differences. None of them are a downgrade in materials or hardware.

1. No showroom network

A retail joinery showroom in Sydney costs real money per year, and it ends up in every quote. We run a design and project team without that overhead.

2. Lean project management

Fewer layers between you and the person actually responsible for your job. That removes coordination cost, not quality.

3. Factory-direct purchasing

Panel work produced through our own atelier and hardware bought direct in volume, across the whole-house order rather than one room.

4. Whole-scope efficiency

Measuring once and installing in one coordinated sequence costs less than returning to the same house four times for four trades.

What we do NOT cut: Blum-grade hardware, moisture-resistant substrates, CNC precision on panel work, a licensed Sydney installation crew, or the 2-year workmanship and 6-year structural warranty. If a quote from us looks unusually low for the spec, ask us to explain the line — we will.

What drives your number up or down.

Two kitchens the same size can differ by a lot. These are the variables.

How the quote is structured.

Free initial range

From photos and rough dimensions we give you an initial concept and a budget range. No cost, no obligation, no measure required.

Itemised quote

Each room quoted separately inside one document. Material and hardware specification written against every line, so you can compare like for like.

Design deposit, credited back

A deposit secures detailed design, on-site measure and 3D. The design fee is credited back into the order when you proceed.

Frequently asked about pricing.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

We can give you a realistic budget range if you tell us the room, the rough dimensions and the finish level you are considering. A firm number needs a design and a measure.

Is the design fee really credited back?

Yes. The design fee is credited into the order when you proceed. It only becomes a cost if you take the design elsewhere, which is why it is charged up front.

Do you charge for the first visit?

No. The initial concept and budget range from photos and rough dimensions is free. The paid stage begins when you want detailed design and an on-site measure.

Why is a whole house cheaper per item than one kitchen?

Design, measure, delivery and project management are largely fixed costs. Spread across a full house they weigh far less per cabinet than they do on a single room.
