Eight stages. No surprises in the middle.
A kitchen typically runs 10 to 14 weeks from order to install. A whole home runs 12 to 16 weeks, up to 3 to 4 months for larger scope. Here is every stage, and who does what.
01 — Initial enquiry
You send photos and rough dimensions. We respond with an initial concept and a budget range. Free, and no obligation to go further.
02 — Design deposit
If you want to proceed, a deposit secures the detailed design stage. This fee is credited back into your order.
03 — On-site measure
We measure the actual space. This is where the real dimensions replace the rough ones — and where most potential problems are caught early.
04 — Detailed design & 3D
Layout, elevations and 3D so you can see the space before it is built. Fittings and accessories selected at this stage. Two or three rounds of changes are normal and expected.
05 — Final specification
Materials, finishes, hardware and internal fit-out locked and written into the final pricing.
06 — Shop drawings
Production drawings issued for your sign-off. Nothing goes to the factory until you have approved them.
07 — Production
Panel work produced through our atelier. Hardware and surfaces ordered against the locked schedule. You get progress updates rather than silence.
08 — Delivery & install
Delivered to our Sydney warehouse, then installed by our licensed crew. Handover includes a care guide for each surface type.
Design changes — the honest version.
Every project has some. The question is when they happen.
Normal
Two or three rounds of refinement during detailed design. Expected, built into the schedule, no extra charge.
Costly
Changes after shop drawings are issued. They mean re-drawing and potentially re-cutting, and they move the install date.
A warning sign
Ten or twenty rounds means the brief was never settled — usually because the priorities were never decided. We will say so rather than quietly absorb it.
After handover.
Warranty
2 years on workmanship, 6 years on structure. You report an issue to us and a local team member attends. You are not routed to an overseas factory.
Care
Each surface type gets its own care instruction — natural stone needs annual sealing, mineral surfaces need nothing, timber veneer needs humidity stability and no wet cloths left standing.

Photos and rough dimensions are all we need to give you a concept and a budget range.
