Every built-in in the house. One design language.
When each room is quoted by a different joiner you get four different edge details, three hardware families and a finish that never quite matches. Nuvo Space quotes the entire interior together.
Why doing it together beats doing it room by room.
This is the practical difference, not a marketing line.
One material palette
The same veneer batch, the same 2-pack colour, the same stone family across kitchen, vanity and laundry. No visible mismatch between rooms that were built six months apart by different suppliers.
One hardware family
Blum throughout means the hinge feel in the kitchen matches the wardrobe matches the vanity. Replacement parts stay available for the whole house, not five different systems.
One measure, one site visit
We measure the whole house once. That removes the coordination failures where the kitchen cabinet and the laundry cabinet assume different wall dimensions.
One delivery window
Everything arrives in a coordinated sequence rather than four trades fighting over the same corridor in the same month.
One warranty contact
A single local team responsible for the entire interior. If a wardrobe door drops two years later you call the same number.
One price negotiation
Total scope means factory-direct purchasing across the whole order, which is where a meaningful part of the 30% saving comes from.
What a whole-home scope looks like.
Typical items in a Sydney whole-home quote. Not every house needs all of them.
| Room | Typical scope | Detail level |
|---|---|---|
| Kitchen | Base and overhead cabinets, island, pantry, appliance towers | Blum hardware, stone or mineral surface, integrated handles |
| Butler's pantry | Secondary bench, open shelving, appliance storage | Matches kitchen palette exactly |
| Wardrobes | Walk-in or built-in, internals, mirror, LED | Soft-close, shoe and accessory systems |
| Vanities | Floating or floor-mounted, basin cut-out, stone top | Water-resistant substrate, timber veneer option |
| Laundry | Bench, overhead, appliance stacking, hampers | Built-in hamper and drying systems |
| Media wall | TV joinery, cable management, display and closed storage | Integrated lighting, concealed cabling |
| Study | Desk, shelving, filing, cable routing | Matching veneer or 2-pack |
| Wine & bar | Racking, glass storage, bar bench | Timber veneer, integrated cooling provision |
| Hallway & linen | Full-height storage, linen press | Soft-close, matching fronts |
How the whole-home quote is built.
Itemised, so you can see exactly where the money goes and drop scope if you need to.
1. Scope walk
We walk the house with you and list every built-in you want. Photos and rough dimensions are enough to start.
2. Itemised quote
Each room quoted separately inside one document, with the material and hardware spec written against each line.
3. Design deposit
A deposit secures detailed design, on-site measure and 3D. The design fee is credited back into the order.
4. Shop drawings
Final materials, fittings and dimensions locked. You sign off before anything goes to production.
5. Production
Panel work produced through our atelier, hardware and surfaces ordered to the locked schedule.
6. Install & handover
Coordinated install by our licensed Sydney crew, then handover with a care guide for each surface type.
Quote the whole house in one go.
Send photos and rough dimensions. We will come back with an initial concept and a budget range for the full scope.
